When I’m not at a wedding or photographing portraits, you’ll probably find me traveling or somewhere near the water. I love the ocean most of all, but honestly, just about any body of water will make me happy.
Random fact: I’m deep-water certified in scuba diving and have explored both a shipwreck and a plane wreck in Jamaica. It’s safe to say I’m not afraid of a little adventure.
I’m a true summer girl and have spent most of my life growing up on a lake in Michigan. Give me sunshine, warm evenings, and water close by, and I’m happy. I love riding my vintage stand-up jet ski, tubing behind our family boat, and slalom skiing whenever I can.
Travel is another big love of mine. My list of places to visit is always growing, and so far I’ve had the opportunity to photograph couples in 9 different states and 1 foreign country. I’d happily add a few more stamps to my passport along the way.
Most importantly, I’m a mom to a sweet and sassy girl, and that will always be my favorite job of all.
A few things that will always make me smile: black cherry everything, iced coffee, volleyball, the ocean, traveling, summer days, and a really good adventure.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in many positions; a venue coordinator, a studio manager, photo booth technician, senior photographer sales specialist, newborn photographer in a hospital, and a framing specialist. Each role taught me something valuable about people, celebrations, photography, and the details that make an experience memorable.
While I’ve loved every part of the journey, it has always led me back to weddings—and I truly love it here.
