Day of Coordinating

A day-of-coordinator is there to take care of everything behind the scenes, from decorating and helping organize, to tracking timelines and gracefully smoothing out any potential hiccups along the way.  My 15 years in the wedding industry as a professional photographer have shown me a bit of everything.   I have been a lead photographer, a photo booth attendant, a fill-in bartender, a florist, a dress mender, and a hairstylist.  Being a lead and an assistant to many professionals in the industry, the experience has taught me to spot potential issues and be discreet about fixing them. Coordinating your day to run smoothly, so you don’t have to stress. 

Day of Coordinating Package

Starting at $650
hourly Coordinator with an Assistant when needed

Full Day timeline and Procession Schedule
     (sent to the wedding party + and host venue 1 week prior)
Set up and Tear Down – table settings and decor
     (discount given if no cleanup is needed)
Day of Content Creation
      (Use of mobile device and Professional Camera equipment when necessary.)
Unlimited Virtual Meetings as felt needed
Getting Ready Room Prep Breakfast and/or lunch items picked up and delivered
management of ALL vendors, venues, ceremony, and reception Venues
Dessert and Floral Placements
Emergency Bridal Party Kit
Venue and Wedding Professionals Guide with recommendations on all things needed while planning.
