I am a Devils Lake local photographer who loves capturing the real memories that happen between the poses. I travel to all the lakes in the Irish Hills to photograph those summer days at the lake.
Lake Life Sessions are designed to capture the laughter, connection, and chaos of your favorite summer traditions in the Irish Hills and beyond. These are the moments your family will talk about for years… the ones you’ll wish you had on your walls. Whether it's a planned family gathering, a small group of friends, a family, a couple, or even if you want to focus on just the kiddos...if you are hoping to capture a rare summer together, these sessions are for you. Lake days do not last forever, your memories will.
These sessions are relaxed, playful, and focused on real connection.
Posed portraits, loosely guided prompts, candid and documentary style moments. Full on fun in and around the water...yes...this includes jumping in the lake fully clothed, splashing, running, laughing, and letting the kids just be kids.
Because the truth is, the best photos rarely come from standing still.
